From Galway

Take the Dublin road N6 to Oranmore, at the Roundabout get on the Gort/ Ennis road N18,

when you reach Kilcolgan take a right for The Burren/ Kinvara on the N67

Go through Kinvara village and continue to the Clare border at the foot of the burren mountains on the N67

when you see the sign "WELCOME TO COUNTY CLARE" there are two roads to the left

take the second one L1014, this will take you up a steep hill to the top of the first mountain , stay straight on this road for 6 miles

and the pub is on your left beside the road Look out for signs for the pub at crossroads

.When you pass Gleann Cisog football field you are 3 miles from the pub
